Longford gardai investigate tragic truck death

Gardai in Longford are investigating a fatal accident involving a young cyclist and a lorry last Thursday (May1).

Aaron Conboy, Gurtenora, Co Longford was riding his bike along a minor road when he apparently rode into the path of an oncoming lorry.

Gardai are still making enquiries but it is believed no charges will arise as a result of the accident.
