Woman dies in tanker collision

A woman was killed yesterday (May 22nd) when the jeep she was driving collided with a tanker in Co Tipperary.

The head-on collision happened at Bunacum, Toomyvara, near Nenagh. The dead woman's name has not been released. The lorry driver suffered only superficial injuries.
