Schmitz High-Cubes come tailor-made for McBurney Refrigeration

McBurney Refrigeration Ltd has recently added 25 Schmitz Cargobull high cube trailers to its existing fleet in order to service a new contract with Green Isle Foods.

McBurney Refrigeration Ltd commenced trading on 1 September 2000, following the acquisition of the business from P&O Ferrymasters Refrigeration Ltd. Its parent company, McBurney Transport is a family run business established in 1965.

Transporting temperature controlled and ambient goods throughout Britain, Ireland and Europe; McBurney Refrigeration operates from three depots, strategically placed at the ports of Liverpool, Larne and Dublin. Its key customers include Iceland Frozen Foods, Green Isle Foods, Glanbia Foods, Kerry Ingredients, Pierres, Birds Eye Walls, Allied Foods and Unilever Best Foods.

The McBurney group has been operating Schmitz Cargobull trailers for over a decade and they now account for 40% of its trailer fleet.
The 25 new high cubes will be carrying temperature controlled loads for Green Isle Foods.
