Plenty of room on top with the new Kel-Berg Double Deck Trailer

This new range includes stepframe and flat bed trailers and greatly increases the carrying capacity of the conventional curtainsider unit with a consequential return on efficiency and profits.

The unique Kel-Berg design dual hydraulic trailer combines strength and durability with three dynamic moving floors covering the main bed length.

The floors are powered with an on-board hydraulic power pack with battery back up. Each floor is capable of taking a 7000kg load and can be raised when loaded. The structure also incorporates a rising roof system to allow loaders to achieve maximum cube to underside of the roof sticks.

The 24v electrics are manufactured to ISO3731.

Curtains are 850gm2 PVC 2x2 weave with stainless steel over centre buckles with straps welded at 600mm centres.
Kel-Berg see this trailer as a significant step forward in trailer design and have already had much interest in the concept from fleet operators.
