McElvaney Motors celebrates 25 years in business!

McElvaney Motors celebrates 25 years in business this year and 20 years as a Scania Dealer. The company specialises in the provision of new and used trucks and parts. Throughout its 25 years in business, McElvaney Motors has had a number of achievements including acquiring the prestigious Scania Dealership for the North East Region in 1984.

Four years later the company opened a premises in Finglas, Dublin to improve its accessibility and service to customers. McElvaney Motors was accredited with ISO 9002 in 1997. It then became the first Irish dealer and the first European Dealer (other than Sweden), to be awarded the Scania Certification DOS (Dealer Operation Standards), which was conferred as the result of unanimous support for the concept throughout the company. It is now one of the most successful Scania Dealers in Ireland.
