Crossland experience is major factor for Furlong Mills

Furlong Mills, suppliers of processed and blended raw materials to the pottery industry since 1842, has taken delivery of a two compartment 10,000 litre stainless steel tank for delivering clay slip from its factory in Stoke-On-Trent.

Built at Crossland’s Burnley plant, the tank features a unique hand rail system which pneumatically operated from ground level, raises a rail around the top platform to provide additional security for drivers.
