Donegal Co. Co. opts for DAF

Donegal County Council recently took delivery of a new DAF FAT.CT 75.310 6X4 supplied by DAF Distributors Ireland Ltd.

The new DAF has a tipper body by Thompson Engineering, Carlow, snowplough equipment by Romaquip, Birr, Co. Offaly and a crew cab conversion by Euro Coach Builders, Gweedore, Co. Donegal. The truck will be based in the machinery yard at Gweedore and will be mainly employed in road maintenance duties in the west of the county.
