Applying for an account has been made easy with an on-line application form that takes only five minutes to complete. Alternatively, customers can ring the service centre to receive any additional help they might need regarding the options available.

Customers can also view or download their transactions whenever they want, using web-fuels, a state of the art customer management system. Invoices are sent via email or hard copy on a weekly basis, enabling FuelPlus to minimise costs and pass the savings on to customers.
