The company, which was set up as a sister company to Ace Express Freight, provides an overnight pallet service throughout Ireland from its central hub in Dublin.

When asked about the move Mark Tracey a director of Ace Express said: “The move to Blakes Cross signifies a big step forward in our expansion plan. The new premises will allow us to run a twenty four hour service while also cutting our turnaround time by up to forty percent”

The move to Blakes Cross comes hot on the heels of a huge re-branding programme which saw both Ace Express Freight and Ace Express Pallets completely changing the branding on all its trucks, website, signage and marketing material.

“The rebranding of both Ace Express Freight and Ace Express Pallets was a very important part of our company strategy. We felt that if Ace Express was to be successful we needed a strong, dynamic and consistent image so people would recognise and trust the company.”

“To ensure this was achieved we approached Dublin based graphic design consultancy Dara Creative and asked them to develop and implement a new identity which could be applied across all of our marketing literature, livery and website. Our new branding now differentiates our trucks from every other haulier on the road while also communicating a professional and efficient message that instills confidence in our customers and unites our network of partners under a single brand”

Since Ace Express Pallets was launched in early August 2004 the company has grown by more than 120 percent firmly establishing if as market leaders within the relatively new overnight pallet market in Ireland. The aim of the group is to achieve an output of more than 1,000 per night and £10 million in sales over the next three years.
