Heil signs agreement with Formula International

Heil Trailer International has developed rental agreement with Formula International.

Heil Trailer, who recently announced a new petroleum tanker rental partnership with Formula, has made the decision to extend this business relationship into the dry bulk tanker sector.

“This new relationship has allowed Heil to concentrate and develop on new tanker sales. Heil is committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service and Formula has shown continued support to the Heil brand,” commented Chris Dalton, European Director of Heil Trailer International. “This new progression will mean that both petroleum and dry bulk rentals will be managed by leading tanker specialist Formula, ensuring that customers wanting to rent trailers both on short and long term can have the latest equipment”.

The objective behind this new initiative is to market and build new sales growth for both Heil and Formula. One of the major benefits for customers will be ease of access to tankers, enabling them to bid for new contracts.
Heil and Formula have built a solid business relationship and will be working together by keeping each other briefed and involved with all potential sales, and focusing their strengths on providing a seamless service whether the customer is buying or renting a Heil Trailer.

Tim Heaton, Director of Formula International commented: “Since we commenced working together on petroleum tankers in November, Heil and Formula have put forward joint proposals on two major contracts for 2005 and a number of smaller opportunities have been confirmed. This bodes well for the expanded co-operation which from 1st January will include dry bulk tankers”.
