In a year that the company has experienced extensive Sales Growth, there
is no stopping them when it comes to innovation and design. The company
has introduced robotic welding at an investment of £620,000 to gain
an extensive advantage over other manufacturers who have opted to source
cheaper components from India, China & Eastern Europe.
John Quinn Managing Director says the recent introduction of robotic
welding to the company allows them to perform first class precision welding
and facilitate the execution of complex tasks; the robots have also given
us a unique advantage in time management allowing us to improve the quality
of supply & demand to meet the needs of the marketplace, with a competitive
edge in reduced labour costs and superior welding penetration.

with production and quality of his products however, he does not under
estimate the importance of his fully certified welding team which is backed
by a quality and innovative design team and he believes it is imperative
to have the highest standard of employees within the company.
Chieftain recognises the importance of continued training and over the
