but they also sell regularly into bordering counties Louth, Meath, Kildare

manager attribute the resounding success that followed the switch? Obviously,

location just off the M50. We are also able to carry a much larger range
of stock now and this has obvious benefits as people can come in and look
at the vehicles and test drive them.
Were also selling more 4X4s than ever before and this has
contributed towards the growth in business. We have opened a dedicated
Terry Lilly 4X4 Centre, specialising in four-wheel drive jeeps and crew
cabs. These are proving extremely popular and, again, our status as an
independent dealer allows us to source the exact model to fit in with
customer needs and expectations.
Needless to say, Terry Lilly Commercials sells a vast range of makes and
models in accordance with customer requirements. As Barry notes: Often
the customer dictates to us what he wants and we can sell him/her that
exact vehicle. Or sometimes, if they arent sure, we have the knowledge
of the market to be able to recommend to them the exact model that we
think would suit their needs. We arent limited or tied down in any
way. For example, we wont hesitate to switch makes on trade-ins
or to suggest a cheaper model that will give the customer the exact same
result. We operate with complete freedom and this means that the customer
comes first every time.
Terry Lilly Commercials also offers a full range of contract lease, lease
purchase and hire purchase services and up to 70% of their custom is repeat
trade. Employing a total staff of twelve at present (including a team
of experienced and fully-trained technicians), the business seems likely

as Barry reveals: We have substantially broadened the range of commercial
vehicles we sell and were now carrying a lot more stock than ever

vehicles. When a customer orders a van, jeep or truck that we dont
have in stock, we will have that vehicle here ready for delivery as quickly
as is humanly possible.
