Customs officer close Donegal diesel washing plant

Customs and excise officers backed up by the Gardai have swooped on an illegal diesel laundering plant in Ramelton in Co Donegal.

Officers involved the swoop yesterday, November 7th have estimated that the plant was capable of 'washing" one million gallons of diesel annually.

Thirteen 1,000-litre containers, along with two filtration plants were seized during the raid.
