Armagh man bailed in diesel laundering case

A young Co Armagh man has appeared at Monaghan District Court in connection with the discovery of an illegal diesel laundering plant near Monaghan town on Monday evening, 11th November.

Raymond Grimley, Monaghan Road, Armagh was arrested at the plant at Knockturley Cootehill Road; Monaghan when customs officials backed up by the Gardai swooped.

Mr Grimley was released on his own bail and will appear again at the same court on December 10.
