Mobile phone talk study re-affirms dangers

The perils of talking on a mobile phone whilst driving have been re-affirmed by a Swedish study just published.

The study, which was published yesterday (June 23) found that talking on a hands-free kit was just as dangerous as holding the phone in your hand.

The study reinforced earlier findings which suggested that it is the conversation and not the equipment used, that causes the distraction.
