Bus driver has lucky escape

A bus driver had a lucky escape yesterday (October 2) when the vehicle he was driving crashed into a church gateway in Dunboyne in Co Meath.

The driver was taken to hospital after the accident, but it is understood he suffered only minor injuries. A spokesperson for Bus Eireann said no one else was injured in the crash.
