New survey on driver behaviour

Waterford Institute of Technology is set to study the behaviour and attitudes of Irish motorists in a benchmark study.

Funded by FBD Insurance and Advance Pitstop, the study will tackle a number of issues including attitudes to speeding, drink driving and road rage.

Questionnaires will be distributed through Advance Pitstop and FBD Insurance offices and analysed by the School of Business at Waterford Institute of Technology.

Advance Pitstop MD Terry Lennon is hoping the study will make a positive contribution to road safety.
