Quality man for TIP
TIP Trailers has appointed Neville Shaw as its Customer Services &
Quality Manager. He joins TIP from fellow GE Group Company TLS, where
he was Salesforce Leader based in Sale, Greater Manchester. He has also
held senior positions with Trailerent and CTR and has over 20 years experience
in the trailer rental sector.
His role at TIP will be to oversee quality and service and in particular
to manage the company's Net Promoter Score Programme, a GE wide scheme
which tracks service levels and customer loyalty on an on-going basis.
Said TP Managing Director, John Murray: "Neville's appointment is
extremely important to us as it helps focus our attention on service standards.
Collating and analysing the information we receive from our customers
is vital and will enable us to maintain and even improve upon the high
level of service we already provide."
