FBD and Advance Pitstop driving survey
FBD Insurance and Advance Pitstop have launched its annual study, which
seeks to measure the changing behaviour and attitudes of Irish motorists.
This years survey will be conducted in the last week of August and
the first three weeks of September.
Questionnaires will be distributed at 34 Advance Pitstop branches and
100 FBD branches across the country. The findings of the survey, which
will be given to the Department of Environment will be unveiled in October.
The sponsors say last years survey highlighted some very positive
aspects of Irelands motoring culture, but also threw up startling
statistics in areas such as road rage, mobile phone usage, driver fatigue
and seat belt compliance.
