Turnover at Combilift increases to E26 million

Combilift, the Monaghan based forklift and materials handling manufacturer has reported a profit of E5.9 million for 2003, down slightly on the previous year.

Turnover for year increased by E5.12 million to E26.12 but a sharp increase in costs meant profit figures didn’t grow.

Combilift was heralded last year by Enterprise Ireland as one of the success stories from the indigenous sector for its export sales growth.
The company has a fulltime staff of 81.
