Thomas Armstrong hitch up to Kel-Berg

Leading Northern construction materials company Thomas Armstrong now boast a new Kel-Berg T100 semi round tipping trailer amongst their fleet of over seventy HGVs.

The company founded some 175 years ago and based in Flimby on the Cumbrian coast have a portfolio of activities in the building supply chain envied by their competitors.

Operating to a National customer base from locations in Glasgow in the north to Stoke in the Midlands with a variety of products its clearly important for the company to consider their vehicle fleet very carefully.

The choice of their Kel-Berg tipper is evidence of the attention they pay to sourcing the very best products for their activities.

The new trailer from Oxfordshire based Kel-Berg Trailers and Trucks, finished in Thomas Armstrongs distinctive livery, is recognised as one of the lightest trailers on the market and when coupled to Armstrongs high specificatin units is giving a pay load of almost 30,000KG.

The unique shape of the pressed alloy body aids easy release of the product and of particular interest to the customer excellent visibility along the sides of the trailer, a most important factor in todays safety conscious environment.
