OptiAirTM - Fleetguard's new and innovative Air intake System for Medium and Heavy-Duty Diesel applications!

Fleetguard, a global leading manufacturer of filtration, exhaust, chemicals and cooling system products for all diesel applications, has launched OptiAirTM.

OptiAirTM is a complete line of patented plastic Air intake systems which address the key requirements of original equipment manufacturers today.

With its unique design, Fleetguard's new OptiAirTM system significantly outperforms conventional Radial Seal Air intake Designs by delivering higher flows, lower restriction and offering longer filter life. The current OptiAirTM range includes seven systems from 4" to 13" Air Housings, covering Air Flow rates up to 31.15m3/min.

A key benefit of Fleetguard's two-stage plastic Air Housing Design is the compact size featuring a Twist Lock TM cover offering multiple latch positions.

The increased media and outlet area of the OptiAirTM filter elements increase the air flow thereby significantly reducing restriction which ensures maximum engine performance.

All OptiAirTM systems are available with or without secondary elements - the 4", 5", 6" and 8" are also available as both straight and rotatable 90o elbow outlet version.
