Falkland Haulage UK Ltd a long established Berkshire tipper operator has added to their fleet from Oxfordshire based Kel-Berg Trailers and Trucks a new Kel-Berg bulk tipping trailer.

Expressing his delight with the trailer, Falklands principle Simon Sayers, who has been in the business for over thirty years, says the payload is in excess of 29 tonnes when coupled to his MAN TGA 530 unit.

Simon's business revolves around the carriage of Aggretages, Coal and Grain and therefore it was of paramount importance that the new Kel-Berg trailer would cope with these differing materials.

Simon added he worked closely with Kel-Berg regarding the final specification of his trailer, I now have a splendid piece of equipment lighter than other trailers I considered, he can now see this trailer becoming the norm in this type of business and forecasts many operators will be in touch with Kel-Berg.

Together with sub contractors Simon operates ten vehicles and boasts an enviable turnover, his business has been built on reliability and service a fact illustrated with his twenty year association with Marley Building Supplies for whom he regularly hauls Aggregrate into their Beenham works from Dorset and West Sussex. Corralls Coal is another of Simons valued clients whos bulk products he has transported for many years.

The Kel-Berg trailer is manufactured using high tensile steel chassis beams and heavy duty tipper hinges, this together with the low height alloy body has provided Falkland Haulage with the ideal trailer for their business.
