Quarry worker dies in Co. Donegal

A quarry worker has been killed in Co. Donegal following an accident involving a stone crusher.

Noel Heaney, 32 of Bohermore, Co. Galway was working alone at the Roadstone provinces quarry at Ballymagroarty, Ballintra, when he became entangled in the stone crusher.

The Health and Safety Authority have launched an investigation into the fatality. Roadstone Provinces has confirmed it would be fully co-operating with the investigation.
