Greenstar makes significant purchase

Waste management company Greenstar, a subsidiary of tolling group NTR, has bought independent UK recycling company Wastelink.

NTR has stated that the deal will make it the biggest recycling-led waste management company in the UK.

Greenstar UK has also bought RU Recycling which works a big recycling centre in Lancashire. The firm also has plans for another one in Birmingham.
