Major development plan for Wexford Harbour

Wexford Harbour is about to undergo a major development after plans for a E350 million upgrade of the premises have been submitted by Deerland Construction.

Shops, hotel and an apartment development are part of the plans that the building firm, headed by Derry McPhilips are hoping to build as part of the development.

The company already own large town centres and retail development projects in many of the country's bigger towns and are looking to do the same in Wexford.
