Breaker Breaker Charity there to help support mental health in the haulage industry

The Breaker Breaker Charity offers a free service to all that work in the haulage industry across the UK and Ireland.

They know that the industry can be hard with many hours spent on your own and sometimes feeling like there’s no where to turn.

Their services are:

- Free and confidential counselling (face to face or over the phone )
- Financial advice
- Solicitors advice
- A listening ear
- And much more.

They also have an online hub that can be accessed for those wanting to do some work as and when they prefer. There is iHelpr Chatbot, Mood Tracker and Resource Library.They have also a range of guided learning courses that offer a different way to move through our resources.
