With the new MAX710 lowbed trailer, MAX Trailer is extending its product range by a  powerful solution for higher payloads. The 6, 7 or 8-axle lowbed trailer variants set new  standards in compactness, flexibility and price/performance ratio.

Everything is based on a modular system: the MAX710 consists of a gooseneck, a removable  front bogie with two or three axles, a lowbed – as an excavator deck or with outer beams – and a rear bogie with four or five axles. „As is usual with MAX Trailer, this concept for higher  payloads also impresses with a high standard and top quality,“ explains Mario Faymonville,  Product Manager and Sales Manager at MAX Trailer.

Quality and reliability
The gooseneck offers a technical fifth wheel load of 38 tonnes and is designed for 6x4 or 8x4  tractor units. „It is also optionally available with a practical radio remote control for the  hydraulic functions,“ Mario Faymonville continues. The axle system of the bogies impresses  with proven technology and high reliability. „The 19.5“ pendle-axles are safe and  manoeuvrable at all times, even in demanding terrain.”

Extremely compact design
When looking at the front bogie, the eye-catching compactness stands out in particular. „The  focus of the development was clearly on the overall length of the vehicle,“ says Mario  Faymonville, explaining the design, which has been well thought out down to the last detail.  The bogie, which is available with 2 or 3 axles, can be loaded onto the lowbed for unladen  journeys. There is a choice of two extendable lowbed variants of the MAX710: the excavator  deck with adjustable mattresses and the lowbed with outer beams and fixed loading floor.

Purchase of individual components is possible
A newly developed bolt coupling is integrated into the rear bogie, which is more compact  than comparable models and thus enables further length gains. As standard, the rear area is  equipped with a generously sized, 900-millimetre wide excavator trough, in which the boom  of excavators or demolition machines is safely integrated. „With the MAX710, we have  combined well-thought-out modularity, standardised quality and future-oriented flexibility,“  stress those responsible, and they have even more trump cards up their sleeves. „Customers  can adapt existing combinations later by purchasing individual components, as all  components are compatible with one another. In addition, the complete metallisation  ensures optimum corrosion protection and corresponding durability in use.“
